veggie/fruit spotlight

Well it' not necessarily a veggie more like a fruit, but several people associate it with a veggie. I just eat it regardless of its food label.
The Avocado.
The love of many Californians and the most consumed during the summer time. Eaten right out of the shell, in a sandwich, on a soup, with chips or any other way, the avocado is our friend.
Our friend with good benefits and is good for us, because we need that in our lives.

Facts about Avocados
-avocados contain a crap ton of vitamins and nutrients such has Vitamin K, Folate, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Manganese , Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1, B2 and B3
-They contain more potassium than Bananas.
K then.
- they are loaded with fibers. That's right, LOADED.

So moral of this avocado story, keep eating the pear-shaped fruit with a fat seed in it, keep paying the $1.50 or 50 cents for the guac at Chipotle, sandwich shop or any other place that charges extra for guac.
It's worth the extra moolah for you and your food.
