1 cup butter -->1 cup pureed avocado or 7/8 cup vegetable oil
1 cup oil/butter --> 1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup graham cracker -->1 cup crushed cookies
1 cup half & half -->7/8 cup milk & 1 tbs. butter
1 egg --> mashed bananas with 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup honey --> 1 1/4 cup white sugar plus 1/3 cup of water
oil for baking --> applesauce
1 cup white sugar --> 3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup maple syrup --> 1 cup white sugar or 1 cup of honey

1 teaspoon --> 5 mL
1 tablespoon --> 15 mL
1/4 cup --> 60 mL
1/3 cup --> 80 mL
1/2 cup --> 120 mL
3/4 cup --> 180 mL
1 cup --> 240 mL

Butter:
1 tablespoon --> 14.1 grams
1 stick --> 113 grams
1 cup --> 226 grams

Honey
1 tablespoons --> 21.25 grams

Sugar
1 cup --> 200 grams
1 cup brown sugar --> 220 grams

Flour
1 cup --> 130 grams

Temperature:
350 F- 175 C
